• Fee payments/ installments should be paid in advance and deposited within the 1st week of every month or student has to pay a fine of Rs.10 per day.
• It is mandatory to inform absenteeism at least 24 hours in advance else the student will not be entitled to get a compensatory class. It is mandatory to take the prior approval in case a student wants to avail a compensatory class.
• In the case of absenteeism, student shall take their compensatory classes within the paid fee cycle. Fee cycle will not get extended in any circumstances.
• If a student takes a break or off in between the session, he/she needs to finish the syllabus by taking extra classes as per the availability. In case of any extension due to any unavoidable situation, you need to take approval.

STATIONARY

• The stationary is not included in the course fee, the expenses of the stationary have to be borne by the student only.
• Students should make sure the availability of required art material during all the classes.
